- Custom-made shoes are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
- Returns accepted only for unworn shoes in original condition.
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide pictures of the damaged or incorrect items. We will cover return shipping and may offer a replacement or refund if it’s a mistake on our part.
- Return Process: Email info@drippykix.com with your order number, issue description, and photos of the damage for return instructions. Processed to the original payment method after inspection. Allow up to 10 business days.
